| By November 27, 2025 | Regional Award materials available online through Fair Dashboard. |
| December 31, 2025 | Affiliation fees due. |
| February 2026 | Thermo Fisher JIC application opens for nominees. |

| Your Fair Date + 12 Calendar Days | Deadline to submit Finalist Questionnaire and Official Party Registration. |

| March 5-11, 2026 | Regeneron Science Talent Search Finals Week. Society staff will have limited availability. |
| April 13, 2026 | Last date to hold a Regeneron ISEF affiliated fair. Regional fairs that feed into state fairs should coordinate the date of their fairs with the state. |
