| October 24-30, 2024 | Thermo Fisher JIC Finals Week, Society staff will have limited availability. |
| By November 29, 2024 | Regional Award materials available online through Fair Dashboard. |
| December 31, 2024 | Affiliation fees due. |
| February 2025 | Thermo Fisher JIC application opens for nominees. |

| Your Fair Date + 12 Calendar Days | Deadline to submit Finalist Questionnaire and Official Party Registration. |
| Date of Booth Assignment + 12 Calendar Days | Deadline for finalists to submit their virtual booth |
| March 6-12, 2025 | Regeneron Science Talent Search Finals Week. Society staff will have limited availability. |
| April 14, 2025 | Last date to hold a Regeneron ISEF affiliated fair. Regional fairs that feed into state fairs should coordinate the date of their fairs with the state. |
| April 18, 2025 | Abstract Rewrite Deadline in Finalist Questionnaire (this deadline applies to abstract rewrites ONLY. Finalist Questionnaires are due 12 days after your finalists are announced). |
